Reality is:

That is not “we got farmed.”
That is a massive return on original entry before you even price in:
the NFT itself,
the access,
the network,
VIP tiers,
merch,
or the ecosystem upside.
We were never promised an airdrop.

Study the futility of utility.
So no, the story is not:
