    According to Protos, the Nasdaq-listed Avalanche Treasury Corporation (AVAT) saw its stock drop about 93% in a month after completing the SPAC merger, with a market cap now below $30 million. Its SEC filing shows the company posted a Q1 net loss of roughly $26.8 million, mainly due to losses from changes in the fair value of AVAX; by the time the 10‑Q was filed, the company had pledged about 7.8 million AVAX to lenders. Protos notes that the filing warned of ongoing going-concern risk, but later in the same 10‑Q it also states that after the business combination closed and loan proceeds were received, management believes the concerns have been alleviated for the forthcoming 12‑month outlook. https://t.co/O2f2GfHPLP
