In terms of multiples, Morpho trades at ~7.7× TVL/market cap, versus ~13.5× for Aave, representing a valuation gap of roughly 1.75×. This valuation gap could narrow as Morpho announces the implementation of a fee redistribution mechanism to token holders.

    🔵 $MORPHO signs a cooperation agreement with APOLLO! The Morpho Association announced a strategic agreement with a subsidiary of Apollo Global Management. The agreement allows Apollo (or its affiliates) to acquire up to 90 million MORPHO tokens over 48 months, via open market purchases, OTC transactions and other contractual arrangements, with transfer and trading restrictions. Both parties will work together to support the development of on-chain lending markets on the Morpho protocol, thereby strengthening the DeFi ecosystem around this decentralized financing infrastructure.
