Feedback was sent immediately—including my own—alongside an army of Ambassadors who shared your frustrations. We promoted the Panda Event, but we didn't have all the data. Some respect me, some blame me, but I have done everything for you. For 3.6 years, I was online all the time, I communicated with everyone in the community, regardless of whether they were from Japan, Spain, Germany, etc.; nothing was a barrier for me.
