    Vlad asked @AbdelStark which altcoins he considers legitimate. He named Zcash, Ethereum, Aztec, Citrea and Alpine. Then clarified he wasn't naming @Starknet because that would be biased. Then spent the next ten minutes explaining why @Starknet solves everything. The conviction in his project was plain to see. Bitcoin Takeover S17E62.

    @cakewallet always building @vikrantnyc and the team were working on the Zcash integration for months before the price pump happened. When Monero hit its all time high the same week he launched it. People accused him of deliberately stealing the spotlight. He pointed out that you can't time a two month development cycle around a price chart. Bitcoin Takeover S17E06.

    this is extremely good news the most uncomfortable part of zcash for me had been the hashrate concentration in one pool (it was over 60% at one point) but as competition increased, it's now way better and improving every day 1,000 days for encrypted money to win before AOC https://t.co/fLCCwniapw

    this culture is unironically why every trade is a “daily trade” and the idea of people rallying around a collective belief is soooo gone in crypto nowadays. I’ll simply never understand or champion the logic of deeming the need to understand fundamentals as irrelevant.

    @mert @deepcandles Surprisingly, you are *under* selling it. AFAIK, NU7 includes quantum recoverability for funds shielded post-release. Critically, that means Zcash can then wait indefinitely, & implement the best q-safe scheme available *when* it becomes imperative. Best possible approach.
