I used to think that exchange CEOs mainly focus on strategy and lead an ultra relaxed life, but after watching this 72‑hour follow‑shoot I realized that #Gate founder Mr. Han @Han_Gate also has a pretty demanding daily rhythm.

The camera follows Mr. Han from morning to night as he runs schedules, attends meetings, meets people, and handles messages. What struck me most was the meal segment. He basically has no set meal times; often a cup of coffee or tea lasts a whole morning, and when there’s a gap he just orders something casually, finishes it in ten minutes, and immediately jumps into the next meeting.

He said Monday is the busiest because everything that piled up over the weekend erupts on Monday, and he has to deal with all kinds of messages, decisions, and team issues. Many people only see the platform’s strong growth, but behind it is day‑in‑day‑out high‑intensity work.

Last year #Gate devoted a lot of effort to compliance, pushing for licenses in Europe, the United States, the Middle East, Australia, and Japan, which is extremely time‑consuming.

My biggest takeaway is that a platform serving 50 million users can’t be built casually.

I also hope Mr. Han @Han_Gate pays more attention to his health and eats regularly; no matter how busy he is, health comes first.
