    According to Protos, the Nasdaq-listed Avalanche Treasury Corporation (AVAT) saw its stock drop about 93% in a month after completing the SPAC merger, with a market cap now below $30 million. Its SEC filing shows the company posted a Q1 net loss of roughly $26.8 million, mainly due to losses from changes in the fair value of AVAX; by the time the 10‑Q was filed, the company had pledged about 7.8 million AVAX to lenders.
