• Jan 4 private trading + transfers go live
• SHDW Wallet (browser extension) launches on mainnet
• Claims: quantum-safe, privacy via obfuscation, x402-compatible, AI-agent friendly
• Jan 8 TGE announced same day, then postponed
• Team later says treasury distribution was misconfigured, contract address never released
• Jan 12 TGE happens anyway, same day as announcement
• Launch FDV ~$760k
• Now trading ~$281k FDV
• Liquidity ~$26k
• ~$2.3M daily volume
