Grayscale just filed Amendment No. 1 to their S-1 for a Bittensor spot ETF.

They have billions under management. They did this with Bitcoin. Then Ethereum. Both times, spot ETF approval led to all-time highs within months.

Now they're doing it with TAO.

What triggered all of this:

• Templar subnet trained Covenant-72B, a 72 billion parameter LLM, using GPUs distributed around the world
• No data center. No big tech company. Just coordinated compute on Bittensor
• Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang acknowledged it publicly. Called decentralized AI a real future
• TAO up 73% in 30 days as a result

• Moving the OTC Grayscale Bittensor Trust to a spot ETF on NYSE Arca
• In-kind creations added. Trust renamed to Grayscale Bittensor Trust ETF on approval
