Inverse Finance ($INV) shows the highest revenue efficiency in the DeFi lending market.
I’m looking to diversify my debt market positions.
The real revenue in Money Markets and CDPs comes from the borrow side, not the depositors.
I’ve been looking at which protocols actually have the highest percentage of their TVL borrowed, and the data is surprising.
While @aave and @Morpho sit at around 60% utilization, protocols like @maplefinance and @0xfluid are pushing much higher numbers.
Even @ether_fi 's neobank is showing a 12% borrowing ratio. It’s a start, and it shows people are finally using their Bitcoin as collateral to play with debt.
I also checked which protocols earn the most revenue relative to the dollars deposited.
@InverseFinance is leading by a massive margin. This CDP has an annualized revenue yield of 12.48%. They are generating over $4M a year with a TVL of only $42M.
Other standouts include @navi_protocol on Sui. Meanwhile, Aave is far behind in this specific efficiency ranking, and Maple isn’t as profitable as you might think.
This confirms what I thought last week: $INV

Inverse Finance's fixed-rate borrowing is unique, combining high APY collateral to achieve 30-40% returns, INV has low market cap and a buyback plan.
Inverse is playing a different game.
Most people only look at Aave or Morpho, but @InverseFinance has been building a unique system for fixed-rate borrowing.
They use a token called DBR (DOLA Borrowing Rights). Instead of variable rates, you buy DBR and it burns at a constant pace. This makes your cost of debt 100% predictable.
Right now, borrowing costs you 4.6%.
While @LiquityProtocol is slightly cheaper (around 3-4% in fixed interest rates), Inverse is more flexible with the assets they accept as collateral.
However, they recently removed $crvUSD pairs to manage risk after the recent de-pegs.
If Inverse moved faster to integrate PTs from Pendle, the opportunities would be huge. Look at the new @strata_markets srNUSD:
> It pays ~9% interest.
> Maturity is in 98 days.
If you use this as collateral to borrow at 4.6% and loop the position, you could easily reach a 30-40% APY on stable assets.
The most interesting part is the numbers:
> Market Cap: $13.6M.
> Buybacks: They plan to buy and burn $1.1M

$INV D 🟨🆕
I've seen multiple posts lately about this name and went to chart it out.
Price action is currently fighting its near-term 0.500 Fib and the VWAP. Concurrently, it is trying to regain a foothold on the Ichimoku Cloud.
Lower indicators are sideways and the trend is fighting the bull market support band.
