🔒 New in Clarity v4: `restrict-assets?` 👇

🔸 'with-post-conditions' → `restrict-assets?`
🔸 These built-ins protect a contract’s assets by default with a deny-all outflow policy, only allowing transfers explicitly granted via `with-stx`, `with-ft`, `with-nft`, or `with-stacking`
🔸 `restrict-assets?` will make Clarity v4 inherently more secure by permitting explicit allowances only, denying the kind of unauthorized withdrawals like those seen in both incidents
