WTF is Redstone BOLT?

As MegaETH mainnet is starting soon, we need to deep into flagship @redstone_defi oracle product, which will be working on real time chain like @megaeth.

So what this BOLT is about?
While traditional oracles (like Chainlink or even standard RedStone models) often measure latency in hundreds of milliseconds or seconds, Bolt is in a different league.
It delivers push feeds with as little as 2.4ms latency. ( fast like a lightning ), which allows for over 400 price updates per second, matching the speed of high-frequency trading (HFT) environments.

It works different than Redstone "Pull" model (RedStone Core), where data is attached to transactions. Bolt uses a high-speed "Push" model, where prices are constantly "pushed" into the chain’s state.
This makes the data immediately available for any smart contract to read without adding extra steps to the user’s transaction, which is critical for millisecond-speed chains.
