I loved this read. Here some points I want to highlight.

Often, it’s not even bad intent; it’s just pure incompetence in treasury management.

> One of the biggest issues is the lack of standardized reporting. Every protocol shares audit reports and spending in their own way. This makes it almost impossible to know what's really happening inside.

> In TradFi, asking for huge capital without clear ROI would be a scandal. In DeFi, it's normal. We need consequences for broken promises; if goals aren't met, capital should be returned to the risk-takers.

> We also see flaws in product design. Morpho and Euler are solid, but many "curators" are actually extractors. They have perverse incentives to hike rates or add risky collateral during stress.
