The US SEC has ended the civil enforcement case against BitClout (later renamed DeSo) founder Nader Al-Naji. The parties submitted a joint agreement to the Southern District of New York Federal Court on March 12, agreeing to a permanent dismissal and prohibiting the SEC from filing further securities claims related to BitClout and its BTCLT token.
