🚧 Delisting Watchlist Notice: JOULE/USD FTSO Feed.

In accordance with FIP.15, Flare has placed the JOULE/USD data feed on the Delisting Watchlist.

After reviewing market-quality metrics, the feed breached the Delisting Criteria:

- Insufficient venue coverage: JOULE/USD is listed on a single exchange, which materially reduces decentralized price sourcing and makes cross-venue aggregation non-robust.

- Very low liquidity: The feed fails required depth thresholds for a reliable FTSO feed (7-day average ±2% depth aggregated across eligible venues is below the threshold).

What happens next:

1. A 14-day enhanced monitoring: Flare Foundation will monitor this feed for 14 days.

2. Opportunity for recovery: If the criteria are cleared for 14 consecutive days (e.g., new venues added or liquidity improves), the feed will be removed from the watchlist.

3. Escalation path: If breaches persist for 14 consecutive days, the FTSO Management Group may be presented with a delisting proposal for review and subsequent onc

Kinetic is Evolving: Changes coming to the $JOULE token and the Kinetic protocol.

Big things are coming for Kinetic. As we prepare to expand and roll out major updates to the protocol, it's important that the protocol's token, $JOULE, evolves as well. That is why this epoch (ending Sep 29th) will be the final epoch that Kii Stake rewards and rebates are awarded.

Upcoming Changes:
- Rebates on fees through the various Kii tiers will sunset after this epoch.

- Kii Stake and Voting will be discontinued, aligning governance more directly with our new vision for the protocol.
(Unstaking restrictions on $KII have already been removed)

- The JOULE/sFLR Farm will remain incentivized for, at minimum, the next five months.

- Kinetic's ISO pool (JOULE, FLR, USDC) will remain available on Kinetic for the foreseeable future, subject to ongoing community demand.
