Now they’re basically moving that know-how straight into Integra’s core dev seat.

You’ve already got a live RWA marketplace, private-chain pilots running with banks/institutions, even relationships with names like Mastercard, and all of that gets injected into Integra as “distribution + relationship network + operational muscle memory.”

So Integra is no longer just “we’re spinning up a fresh L1 for real estate”, it’s trying to become “we’re dropping a real-estate specific L1 under a team that already ships RWA.”

The strong part to me is this: most L1s launch the chain first and then hunt for an ecosystem. Here it’s the opposite, the ecosystem, distribution, institutional channel already exists, and the L1 is being slotted underneath it.

From an RWA narrative angle, this move pulls Integra from “theoretical real estate chain” into “the real estate chain of a team that’s already shipping RWA.” That’s a pretty reasonable signal to take them seriously on the execution side.
