Polymarket former team member: POLY token will not be launched in the short term, "might take a long time"

Polymarket former team member Greg (@gregdotxyz) publicly responded to the POLY token issuance expectations: it will not be launched in the short term, "might take a long time".

Previously, community members analyzed that Polymarket would issue the POLY token in Q4 of this year or in 2028. In his response, Greg also characterized Polymarket's token warm‑up activity as a "commercial marketing tactic", but that reply was later deleted.
