@TMTGcorp (DJT) said Feb. 2, 2026 will be the record date for its digital token initiative. Shareholders holding AT LEAST one share by then will be eligible to receive tokens.
The company will work with @cryptocom to mint and custody the tokens. The tokens will be non-transferable, not represent ownership, and can’t be exchanged for cash.
