Good move here from Katana in acquiring IDEX and launching a native perps DEX.
Ultimately perps are the highest fee, highest volume primitive in crypto.
Building Katana Perps as a core app means trading fees flow directly into chain-owned liquidity and vKAT rewards, instead of giving these to a third-party protocol that can leave whenever they want.
