The agreement allows Apollo (or its affiliates) to acquire up to 90 million MORPHO tokens over 48 months, via open market purchases, OTC transactions and other contractual arrangements, with transfer and trading restrictions. Both parties will work together to support the development of on-chain lending markets on the Morpho protocol, thereby strengthening the DeFi ecosystem around this decentralized financing infrastructure.
