What we observed when comparing LP to MCap?
1. Some large memecoins are the riskiest because price ran up faster than liquidity. Mcap grew but real support didn’t.
2. Some memecoins under $3M have better LP than $100M-$1B memes. They’re smaller, but backed by more real money relative to size.
3. When coins pump, price goes up but LP usually stays the same. That leaves little real money supporting higher prices.
4. High price with thin LP is risky. Price backed by liquidity is safer.
5. Low LP coins spike and fail fast. Higher LP coins move slower but actually hold gains.
