At that time I also bought a little, accepting the lottery‑style risk, but many people poured large capital because they trusted the idol. The chart afterwards only went down.
Vietnamese law has officially been applied to crypto. Anyone who pumps and dumps, scams early or late, will have to face legal responsibility. However, everyone also needs to proactively protect their own wallets; before buying or selling anything, think carefully before deciding.
